Ideal for sautéing, braising and stir-frying
Ceramic coating browns beautifully when frying or sautéing a variety of ingredients, including eggs, vegetables, meat, poultry and more delicate ingredients such as fish or tofu
Ceratec™ Superior non-stick coating for carefree cooking
The ceramic coating is safe to use and easy to clean
The pan body is made from 100% recycled aluminium
The thick base heats efficiently and evenly on all hob types, including induction
The energy-saving base heats up to 50% faster on a glass ceramic hob and consumes 30% less energy during heat transfer
The transparent, heat-resistant glass lid makes it easy to monitor the preparation of food and has two different pouring functions
The comfortably shaped plastic handle stays cool and sits comfortably in the hand
The pot is dishwasher-safe, but washing by hand extends its lifespan
Oven-safe up to 150 °C
