Description

The Clean Image preinstallation service is designed with the end user in mind. It is significantly faster and more user-friendly than the manufacturer?s original factory installation, as unnecessary applications that consume system resources have been removed. The Clean Image installation also includes the latest available Windows security updates. The operating system version is Windows 11 Pro with multilingual language support (Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, and English). The preferred operating system language must be specified when ordering the service so it can be preconfigured during installation.

Windows AutoPilot is a solution that streamlines the deployment of new PCs within an organization. AutoPilot automatically connects the device to the organization?s Azure Active Directory (AD) and device management system. To utilize Windows AutoPilot, the customer must have Azure AD and Microsoft Intune or another device management system that supports AutoPilot.

Multilingual operating system support (EN-EE-LV-LT). The preferred installation language must be specified when ordering the service.

AutoPilot preparation ? Collecting the hardware information required for Autopilot registration

AutoPilot registration ? Adding the device to the Windows Autopilot deployment service

Customer-specific Group Tag identifiers can also be used during registration. The Group Tag must be provided in the order line additional information field.

Alternatively, F9 can generate an Autopilot.csv file and send it to the email address specified in the order.

Service activation
Before the first order, the service must be activated. The activation process begins with the ?Autopilot Service Activation? form, which collects the necessary customer information such as customer details, domain and tenant ID information, and the email address of the customer?s Global Admin user. F9 will send an authorization request to this user. After the authorization request has been approved, the service can be ordered. The ?Autopilot Service Activation? form can be found in the product links section of the product card.

The target lead time for preinstallation services is +2?4 business days. Actual lead time may vary depending on the scope of the installation service and the size of the order.
