The Ready-to-use Clean Image preinstallation service is designed with the end user in mind.
This service provides a Ready-to-use Clean Image installation of Microsoft Windows 11 Pro with a predefined language configuration for the Latvian market. It is intended for customers who want a clean, standardized, and business-ready operating system environment without unnecessary manufacturer preinstalled software.

What is included

• Installation of Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
• Installation of the latest available Windows updates
• Installation of required drivers and firmware updates
• Clean installation based on an original Microsoft Windows image
• No manufacturer preinstalled software included in the installation
• Device prepared for immediate use

This service provides a clean and reliable starting point for the end user and a more controlled baseline for the customer’s IT environment.

Service process
As part of the service process, the device is powered on and basic functionality is verified before delivery.

Language
The operating system is prepared with Latvian and US English language support.

Important notes

• The Windows license is not included in the service price
• If the device is not supplied with a valid OEM Microsoft Windows license, a separate license must be provided
• This service does not apply to servers or storage systems

Lead time
The target lead time is 2–4 business days, depending on order size and service scope
