The service is designed for organizations that want new devices to be ready for use immediately, without the limitations of a manufacturer’s default factory installation. Instead of delivering a device with unnecessary preinstalled software and a generic out-of-box setup, this service provides a clean Microsoft Windows 11 Pro installation prepared for business use.

• Installation of Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
• Installation of the latest available Windows updates
• Installation of required drivers and firmware updates
• Clean installation based on an original Microsoft Windows image
• No manufacturer preinstalled software included in the installation

Service process
As part of the service process, the device is powered on and basic functionality is verified before delivery.

Language
The operating system language can be specified when ordering the service.

Important notes

• The Windows license is not included in the service price
• If the device does not include a valid OEM Microsoft Windows license, a separate license must be provided
• This service does not apply to servers or storage systems

Lead time
The target lead time for preinstallation services is 2–4 business days, depending on order size and service scope.
