What is included Removal of the factory-installed storage drive from a new personal computer or notebook Installation of a customer-selected replacement storage drive Installation of the original OEM operating system supplied with the device on the replacement drive, in accordance with applicable licensing terms This service allows the device to be delivered with the replacement drive already installed and prepared for use with the original operating system environment.
