This service is the most complete Autopilot deployment option in the portfolio. It combines a Microsoft Windows Ready-to-use Clean Image installation with Microsoft Autopilot registration and pre-provisioning, giving the customer a clean, standardized, and deployment-ready device before it is delivered to the end user.

What is included

• Clean Microsoft Windows installation based on an original Microsoft image
• The latest available Windows updates
• Required drivers and firmware updates
• Microsoft Autopilot Registration – the device is registered in the customer’s Windows Autopilot environment before delivery
• Pre-provisioning so that applications, policies, and configurations can be delivered in advance

Requirements

• Active network connectivity
• Access to the customer tenant
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Intune or another supported device management solution that supports Windows Autopilot
• Completed Autopilot onboarding process with the necessary permissions approved before the first order

Service process
As part of the service process, the device is powered on, basic functionality is verified, and the pre-provisioning workflow is completed before delivery.

Important notes

• The operating system language can be specified when ordering the service
• The Windows license is not included in the service price
• If the device is not supplied with a valid OEM Microsoft Windows license, a separate license must be provided

Lead time
The target lead time is 2–4 business days, depending on order size, provisioning complexity, and application scope.
