| XTOOL M1 ULTRA 20W Laser Engraver The xTool M1 Ultra 20W is an enhanced version of the popular M1 model, combining the functions of a laser engraver, cutting module, inkjet printer, and drawing device. Thanks to a 20W diode laser with a wavelength of 455 nm, it enables precise engraving and cutting of even thicker materials, while additional operating modes—blade, inkjet, and pen—significantly expand its range of applications. The device supports over 1,000 materials, ranging from paper and vinyl to fabrics and leather, all the way to wood, acrylic, and metal, making it a versatile tool for both creative projects and more advanced applications. Four operating modes in one device The xTool M1 Ultra offers four main operating modes that allow you to carry out a variety of projects without the need for multiple devices. Laser mode uses a 20W module for precise engraving and cutting, blade mode enables cutting and gilding, inkjet mode allows for direct color printing, and pen mode allows for drawing and filling in designs. This lets you seamlessly transition from design to execution, creating both simple and highly complex projects. EasySwap™ System – Quick Function Switching The EasySwap™ system allows for instant module changes in just 3 seconds without tools. This facilitates multi-step workflows where the optimal process involves inkjet printing, drawing, blade cutting, and finally laser engraving or cutting. This approach maintains design consistency and significantly speeds up the completion of even the most demanding tasks. Advanced work modules The device uses two types of work modules, each designed to accommodate different tools. The basic variant supports pens (8-color set, 0.4 mm tip) and a precision blade for working with thin materials such as paper or vinyl. The multifunction module supports more advanced tools, such as a blade for tougher materials (e.g., leather), a rotary blade for fabrics, and a thermal transfer foil tip, enabling embossing and gilding effects. Additionally, the CMY inkjet printing module allows for the application of color graphics onto various surfaces, including wood and photo paper. Precision and easy positioning The xTool M1 Ultra is equipped with an automatic focusing system (auto-focus) that eliminates the need for manual calibration and ensures accurate results. The device offers two methods for positioning a project—standard mode without a camera and snapshot preview mode, which uses a photo taken with a smartphone and reference points on the worktable. Top-level safety The device meets the Class 1 safety standard, which means the highest level of protection for the user. It is equipped with a lock that prevents unauthorized startup, and a cover that filters out 99.9% of laser light, allowing for safe observation of the operation. The system also includes lid-opening sensors, automatic shutdown upon movement of the device, and three flame detection sensors that interrupt operation and trigger safety procedures if necessary. Additionally, the built-in exhaust system (5400 RPM) with a pre-filter effectively removes dust and fumes.
