The NEEWER CA011 is a lightweight and durable aluminum mounting cage designed for the Sony FX3 and FX30 cameras. Weighing just 161 g and featuring compact dimensions of 144 × 85 × 64 mm, it provides solid protection and expands your setup without adding excessive weight. The modular design includes the cage, a NATO rail, and an HDMI cable clamp, allowing you to organize your workspace and increase comfort while recording.

Extensive accessory mounting options

The cage features numerous 1/4” and 3/8” mounting threads with ARRI-compatible locating holes, allowing you to attach various accessories such as magic arms, handles, or tripods—both vertically and horizontally. An additional cold shoe mount allows for quick attachment of a microphone or monitor, and a NATO rail enables the installation of a side handle. This solution provides great flexibility in equipment configuration.

Quick setup and Arca compatibility

The integrated Arca-style base allows for quick mounting of the cage on tripods and heads that support this standard, as well as seamless compatibility with DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, and RS 3 Pro gimbals. The top NATO rail with a quick-release plate allows for instant attachment of compatible accessories, such as top handles or monitor mounts, which speeds up work on set.

Stability and ergonomic design

Precision CNC machining ensures a perfect fit for the camera and full access to buttons, ports, and the battery compartment. The cage is mounted at three points, which increases stability and reduces vibrations during recording. Additionally, the built-in magnetic screwdriver facilitates quick assembly and adjustment of components without the need for additional tools.
