It is farmed at Le Domaine Clarins, their open-air laboratory in the French Alps.- Cornflower extract soothes and refreshes.- Panthenol, known as provitamin B5, conditions and helps protect lashes.How To Use It:- Soak a cotton pad with makeup remover.- Press pad gently over eyelids for 10 seconds to dissolve eye makeup.
