    Windows Autopilot is a solution that streamlines the deployment of new PCs within an organization. Autopilot connects the device to the organization?s Azure Active Directory (AD) and device management system. To use Windows Autopilot, the customer must have Azure AD and Microsoft Intune or another device?management platform that supports Autopilot. The device must also have a supported version of Windows 11. <br> <br> <b>Service Scope</b> <br> <b>Device DOA Testing</b> ? Power on testing of the computer.<br> <b>Autopilot Preparation</b> ? Collecting the information required for Autopilot registration from the device.<br> <b>Autopilot Registration</b> ? Adding the device to the Windows Autopilot deployment service. Customer?provided Group Tag identifiers can also be used during registration. The Group Tag must be provided in the additional text field of the order line. Alternatively, F9 can compile the Autopilot.csv file and send it to the email address specified in the order.<br> <b>Autopilot for Pre-Provisioned Deployment</b> ? Device startup and network connection - Autopilot provisioning - Reseal. <br> <br> <b>Service Activation<b/><br> Before placing the first order, the service must be activated. The activation process begins with the ?Autopilot Service Activation? form, which collects the necessary customer information such as customer details, domain and tenant ID, and the email address of a user with Global Admin rights. F9 will send a permission request to this Global Admin. Once the request is approved, the service becomes available for ordering. You can find the ?Autopilot Service Activation? form in the product links section of the product card. <b>IMPORTANT</b> Please provide the end customer?s domain and Tenant ID, as well as any Group Tag identifier, in the additional text field of the order line. The target lead time for pre?installation services is 2?4 business days. Actual lead time may vary depending on the scope of the installation service and the size of the order.
