    Thanks to the three buttons on the front panel and the steam adjustment knob, the operation of the CMP312 coffee machine is very intuitive. To brew coffee, turn on the device, pour ground coffee into the filter and place it together with the portafilter in the coffee machine's mounting head. Then just press the "coffee maker" button, wait for the correct amount of brew to fill the cups and press the "coffee maker" button again. The full-bodied coffee is now ready. The third button, together with the steam adjustment knob, allows you to prepare perfect, warm milk foam for cappuccino, latte, macchiato and the recently fashionable flat white. In the CMP312 model, the user has two filters at his disposal - for one or two cups of espresso. This allows you to prepare coffee in accordance with the theory of world-renowned baristas, according to which one cup of coffee should be prepared with 7 g of ground coffee (the set includes two filters, one with a capacity of 7 g, the other 14 g of coffee). The water tank has a capacity of up to 1.6 l, so when preparing coffee you do not have to remember to refill it constantly. On the other hand, a durable Italian pump with a pressure of up to 15 bar will ensure that the coffee taste does not differ from that served in good cafes. The device is equipped with mechanisms protecting against overheating and excessive pressure increase. Thanks to this, the use of the coffee machine is not only comfortable, but also completely safe. Cleaning the coffee machine should not be a problem, because the grill and the drip tray, as well as the milk frothing nozzle can be easily dismantled and washed under running water with the addition of a delicate washing-up liquid.
