It covers damage caused even through the fault of the user.   The service can be activated at any time - after 30 days from the activation of the device, it will be necessary to send DJI a verification video . The total service time, taking into account extensions is 3 years, and that's as many as 6 replacements! For more information, see below. Replacement cost 1 For DJI RS 4 Mini, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is: PLN 199 DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements. DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) provides four replacements.     1 If you apply directly to the manufacturer, the replacement amount is subject to change depending on the current exchange rate. Possibility to extend the manufacturer's warranty 2 If you do not use the replacement option once during the service period, as part of your reward, DJI will extend your manufacturer's warranty for an additional year.   2 Applies to the following models: DJI Action 2, DJI Osmo Action 3, DJI Osmo Action 4,DJI Osmo Mobile SE, DJI Osmo Mobile 6, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI RS 4 Mini How to activate DJI Care Refresh? 1 Go to the following website: Activate DJI Care Refresh 2. during the activation process, enter the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device and your information. 2a. After approval, the service should be activated within 72 hours. 3.The service will be activated and automatically assigned to your device. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email. How to use the service? 1. report the repair to our service: DJI-ARS Service   Alternatively, you can report the defect on the website of the DJI manufacturer and send the product with a note that you have DJI Care Refresh. 2.When you receive a repair quote, decide whether you want to use it or prefer a replacement under DJI Care Refresh. 3. once you select DJI Care Refresh, pay for the replacement - you will then receive a new unit. 4. the replacement product will be delivered to you with priority and free shipping. DJI Care Refresh service renewal The maximum duration of the DJI Care Refresh service, including renewal, is 3 years. If you wish to do so, purchase an additional one-year plan.   Renewal can only be done with the annual plan during the current plan or within 15 days of the service expiration date.   We would like to inform you that based on regulations §5 points 5.6-5.7 it is not possible to return or exchange electronic codes and physical cards with the security coating or seal removed.
