Fast and efficient platform heating

The OrangeStorm Giga heating platform consists of four independent PEI tiles measuring 410 x 410 mm each. The total surface area can be uniformly heated to 100°C in just 17 minutes, allowing for a faster start to printing and ensuring better adhesion of models to the platform. The ability to automatically identify and heat only the active part of the platform also allows for significant energy savings.

Extreme printing speed

The OrangeStorm Giga is equipped with a powerful 64-bit quad-core processor that provides the stability and processing power required to realize high-speed printing. With a maximum print speed of 300 mm/sec (with a recommended speed of 150 mm/sec), the OrangeStorm Giga is one of the fastest printers in its class, allowing you to significantly reduce the turnaround time for large projects.

Even more capabilities

The OrangeStorm Giga supports printing using four nozzles simultaneously. You can print four copies of the same model using different colors of filament or the same material in one cycle. This functionality allows you to create multi-colored models and increases production flexibility, which is especially useful in commercial and industrial applications.

Efficient cooling

The OrangeStorm Giga printer is equipped with powerful cooling fans on both sides of the chassis to increase stability and printing precision. Intelligent control of the fans allows them to be turned off when printing is complete, reducing power consumption and noise while extending the life of the device.

The OrangeStorm Giga is a 3D printer with a robust design with linear guides on the X and Y axes, increasing printing stability and head movement precision. The Z-axis is equipped with an advanced guiding mechanism that ensures smooth and precise movement. Advanced print head with automatic calibration

The print head on the OrangeStorm Giga can reach a temperature of 300°C, allowing it to print in a variety of materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU and Nylon. The chrome-zirconium copper nozzle and 60W ceramic heater ensure even and precise material flow, while the PID calibration function and automatic resonance compensation further enhance print quality and stability.
