It offers precise control of the fan speed via pulse width modulation (PWM) and is highly efficient at 0.3 A. In addition, it has a 0 dB mode for silent operation in IDLE.uVirtually silent due Fluid Dynamic Bearingu. As a special feature, the P9 Ma is equipped with ARCTIC's proven Hydrodynamic Bearing. This provides virtually silent operation at all speeds. Although these earings tend to wear out, ARCTIC does not compromise on duraility and offers a 6-year warranty.u0 dB Mode - Zero rpm.u The speed of the fan can e throttled down to a standstill via PWM.
